Myofacial Release Technique
Myofacial release is technique that uses specific hands on therapy to break away scar tissue and adhesions that have developed in a problematic muscle or joint anywhere in the body. It can restore and fix a joint's normal range of motion, while lengthening specific muscles so the muscle is not as tight and ridged. These types of therapies also include Active Release Technique, Post-Isometric Release Technique and Specific Restricted Range of Motion Therapy.

Transcutaneous Electrical Stimulation
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is a common therapeutic procedure used world-wide because of its' time tested results to decrease pain and inflammation, promote blood flow and heal damaged tissue in a given area. It can significantly decrease pain and shorten the time of healing and/or recovery to the musculoskeletal system from injuries acquired through sports, motor vehicle accidents, and other traumas.
Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis (PLAN-tur fas-e-I-tis) is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes (plantar fascia).
Plantar fasciitis commonly causes stabbing pain that usually occurs with your first steps in the morning. As you get up and move more, the pain normally decreases, but it might return after long periods of standing or after rising from sitting.
Plantar fasciitis is more common in runners. In addition, people who are overweight and those who wear shoes with inadequate support have an increased risk of plantar fasciitis.
